Peptide Reconstitution Calculator
Let's figure out exactly how to reconstitute your peptide. First, we need to know what information you have.
What do you already know?
Most people have three pieces of information before starting. Select what applies to you:
Why do I need these three things?
The peptide amount is what you're starting with (printed on your vial). The water volume is what you're adding to dissolve it. Together, these create a concentration (how strong your solution is). Your desired dose tells us how much of that solution to draw into your syringe.
Universal Reconstitution Formula
Concentration (mcg/mL) = Peptide Amount (mg) × 1000 ÷ Water Volume (mL)
This formula works for all peptides, regardless of type. Once you know your concentration, you can calculate exactly how many units to draw on your syringe.
